We also accept Paypal. If you choose this option you will be asked to enter your Paypal account email address. When your order is ready to be shipped we will then request payment from you through Paypal, and you will need to complete the transaction by responding to the email sent to you by Paypal.
An automatic email confirmation, along with an order number, will be sent to you upon processing of your order provided you have entered a valid email address (please carefully check your email; otherwise we may not be able to contact you). You may inquire about your order's status at any time by using the feedback/inquiry form on the Contact page.

Stock on hand
We try to have as many items as possible in stock, but some are ordered as they are requested and arrive in our business usually within 5-7 days of our ordering them. Some materials are imported from overseas distributors and may take longer; your patience is appreciated during this wait. We will endeavor to keep you informed of any delays.
In most instances, we do not charge your credit card until the items ship however we do reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the order total in the case of large orders and/or special ordered items. If agreed upon, we will partially ship an order (when backordered items will delay the order for a longer than both you and Needful Needlecrafts would prefer). In these cases, we will charge the card for the total amount - leaving the customer with a credit which will be used when the backordered item comes in.
We make every effort to ensure all prices on this site are accurate, if there a pricing error, we reserve the right to not complete the order in such an event.
Our shipping and handling fee covers the cost of postage and packaging. Our shipping and handling fees for USA and Canadian addresses only apply if the order value is less than $75. For orders less than these amounts, the shipping and handling fee may exceed the actual postage amount.
Shipping and handling fees and insurance (additional if selected) will be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart after you have selected the shipping destination.

USA and Canada
We use the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S) as our preferred postal carrier.
Orders up to $75 incur a fixed shipping and handling fee of $5.00.
Orders over $75 are shipped free of charge to any USA or Canadian address.
All orders will be shipped using Media or First Class mail.

Insurance
If you choose your order to be shipped without insurance, then you take full responsibility in the event that the package is lost or damaged in the mail. We are not obliged to resend the package nor refund your order unless the insurance option is selected.

Return Policy
Unfortunately due to copyright restriction, charts cannot be returned. Please make your selections carefully.
We are also unable to accept returns on opened packages of beads or kits unless the kit is missing an item which should have been included by the manufacturer. Unless goods are faulty, we can only accept returns where the packaging of beads and kits has not been opened.
Floss and fibers are also not accepted for returns. Please make your selections carefully.
If you are not satisfied with any other goods supplied, you may return them within 30 days for a refund. All returns must be in a condition suitable for resale. There is a 10% restocking fee on returned items and shipping costs are nonrefundable. For items that were shipped free of charge, an additional $5 fee also applies.   If an item is returned for exchange - additional shipping will be charged on the new item being sent.
